Launched in 2021 as a passion project, The REC Market has quickly become a staple in Toronto’s small business community. Starting with on-campus events, it rapidly gained popularity and evolved into a vibrant marketplace for local artisans.

Between 2021 and 2024, The REC Market proudly featured over 600 unique vendors, offering everything from vintage clothing and custom apparel to stickers and pins. Each event provides a space for creatives to share their talents and connect with like-minded individuals.

To date, we’ve successfully hosted more than 200 events across Toronto, creating over 200 opportunities for local makers to showcase their craft. At The REC Market, we’re more than just a marketplace — we’re a platform for inspiration, connection, and growth in Toronto’s thriving creative scene.
